The Ypresian is a geological period dating from -56 million years to -48 million years ago. Sometimes marine, sometimes lacustrine, the successive sedimentations formed this terroir.

(Village of Fleury-la-Rivière / Vallée de la Marne) – Cuvée Coteaux de Macération Vintage 2018 (75 cl) – 100% Chardonnay – Terroir of Verneuil – Clayey-silty soil, green clay – Vinification 52 months in oak barrel on lees – Certified organic and Demeter – Only 306 bottles.

Maceration of Chardonnay berries for one month in a 400l barrel, followed by 4 years of aging in barrels before bottling.
